The 114060 is the Submariner distilled to its essence. No date window, no asymmetry — just a clean, perfectly proportioned 40mm case and the introduction of Rolex's Cerachrom ceramic bezel, which transformed the Submariner's durability and character in a single move. It was discontinued in favour of the 41mm 124060, and for those who know, that extra millimetre matters. The proportions here are as good as they get.
