There are dozens of Speedmaster variations today — limited editions, co-axial movements, modern cases, reissues of reissues. It's easy to get lost. But when you strip it all back, there is one reference that matters: the Moonwatch Professional, hand-wound, with the Lemania-derived Calibre 1861, the black aluminium bezel, and that dial. The 3570.50 is the purest expression of what the Speedmaster has always been — the watch NASA qualified for spaceflight in 1965, unchanged in all the ways that count. If you're buying one Speedmaster, this is the right one.

This example was purchased new in 2013 and comes complete with its original box and papers — a full set. It was serviced in 2022 and came back in like-new condition. Since then, its previous owner wore it selectively, reserved largely for Speedy Tuesdays — the weekly celebration of the reference that has built a worldwide community of enthusiasts. Condition is very good throughout, with only light marks on the clasp.

The Speedmaster sits as comfortably under a suit jacket as it does on a daily wrist. It doesn't shout. It doesn't need to. It simply is what it is — one of the most historically significant watches ever made, still entirely wearable, still entirely relevant.
